OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOODS

Delivery of Goods

We offer full refund on all our ready made watches if you tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to return the item. We do not offer refunds on our bespoke (commissioned watches) as they are built in agreement with the customer at each stage of the modification process.

We do not bear responsibility for late delivery of goods caused by external events or any loss you may suffer as a result. In the unlikely event an item arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us immediately in writing to notify us of the issue. We will ask you to retain all the inner and outer packaging and send us pictures of the goods in the exact condition they arrived. We will try to resolve the issue in agreement with you by offering a like for like replacement or a full refund. We are not liable for any fault or damage caused to items once they are delivered to you and it is your responsibility to receive the goods at the time of delivery.

Redelivery

You will be charged a redelivery fee for parcels returned to us due to your failure to receive and/or collect the package from your local carrier. See Terms of service for details.

Ownership and Responsibility of goods

You are responsible for the goods from the time we deliver the goods to the postal address you provided in your order. You will become owner of the goods upon delivery and bear sole responsibility for the goods. You cannot give away, transfer, or pass on the goods to a third party with the purpose of rescinding from your sole responsibility for the purchased goods. We may ask to see proof of purchase before issuing a refund or offering a replacement or repair. See Terms of service for details.
